- Brazilian Butt Lift Explosive Lunge: In this exercise, you need to lunge forward with your left leg until your knee is bent at an angle of 90 degrees. The knees should be placed directly over the ankle and the right knee should be pointing down towards the ground. Next, jump by pushing off the floor with both the feet. Switch your legs mid-air and land with the right foot forward in the same lunging act. Continue with alternating angles.
